Hi! I'm Dave and my wife's name is Patricia. We've both recently retired from the Air Force and are soon to be empty-nesters (oldest graduates this year and the younger one's not far behind). Today we finalized the purchase of a 2016 Palomino Palomini M-179RDS travel trailer. We're hoping to take it out here on a test spin before the season's over. We live in Colorado so winterization will be a must.

Here we are this weekend at Dillon Reservoir near Breckenridge and Silverthorne, Colorado. We were sharing an RV with some close Air Force friends. And the second shot is the new home away from home. It's in excellent condition and I had my friend--a long-time experienced RVer--help me check it out.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new rig. We lived in Colorado for years and I actually did Ski Patrol in Breck many years ago. Beautiful country.

You are joining a good group of folks here with some great information to share. Read the various threads here and ask questions as they come up and add info if you can.
