West Coast Newbie

Hello RVers, I'm totally new to RVing, but I believe the bug has bitten me. I recently purchased a 1995 Fleetwood "Lite" 19' Wilderness travel trailer. Although I picked it up for a couple grand(at what I thought was a good price), it still needs quite a bit of work to get it in tip top shape.
Here are a few items I could use some guidance with:
1. Owners Manual, where to get one for my floor plan.
2. The air conditioner on/off knob is "frozen", and as it is made of plastic I don't want to force it to turn.
3. The lights work fine except the bathroom. I checked the bulbs, they're o.k. The rest of the lights are all working properly. There are (3) switches at the door and I'm pretty sure that the one I cannot trace goes to the bathroom.
4. I can't seem to start the refrigerator using just electricity. I am currently plugged into a 50 amp circuit using the 30 amp plug with an adapter. No problems there.
4. The electric jack is not working.
5. The roof has had some damage in the past and has been repaired. Most recently by the previous owner, who used a white Behr brand floor sealant. It may be an elastomeric, I didn't check the can yet.
Well...that's a good start. I have plenty more questions, but needless to say, there are only so many hours in a day.
Thanks for any assistance in remedying these problems.
Matt.

Sounds like you have a project.
The fridge controls may have a 12v component, do you have a battery installed ? Checked for fuses, tripped circuit breaker ? Checked for power to the heater element with a volt meter ?
Check out the stuff that was used on the roof , soon , if it's not compatible, with the rubber roof, it could be doing damage.
In the blue header across the page near the top click on " Files " look around for manuals there as PDFs. Just to the right of User CP.

Hi Matt! Welcome to IRV2! It's great to have you join us!

Congrats on the new TT! I'm sure you will have her in tip-top shape very soon. I would suggest that you post questions over in the appropriate areas of the forum for best results. Not many folks hang out here in the Welcome area. Maybe one of the Moderators will move your questions over for you!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
