Never said that that it was manufactured by Fleetwood. However, for manufacturer warranty which is only 1 year, you have to deal with Fleetwood. Thor Industries do have more companies, one of them is Heartland, and another one is Crossroads. But thank you for clearing this.

Perhaps you should lower your rates and then the cost would be reduced significantly.

I don't have any sympathy for the man who complains about paying taxes, but for the man living in the housing center and standing in the meal line.

Here is a follow up, I forgot to mention about that shower pan. The crack is around the drain, it's a plastic pan (abs) and fiberglass will not adhere to that. Furthermore, even if you could fix it with fiberglass, how you are going to get to the underside of the pan to be able to prep it for a fiberglass repair? and how are we going to reinforce the pan where it is cracked? and why did it crack in the first place, poor craftsman ship, no quality control by supervisors in factories, people who build these trailers, constantly need to be supervised, if you don't, they will cut corners to make it easy on themselves. I have seen it over and over again. The hardest thing to get is, good RV Technicians, there are 8 million RVs on the road in Northern CA alone, and about 10.000 RV Techs to take care of them, with some of them just calling themselves RV Techs. I hope this clears it for you about the cost.

Yes exactly, that's the answer I was looking for, if everybody lower there labor rates, then we do not have to buy so much stuff from China, and keep our business where it belongs, in the USA, right?

Not understanding why Fleetwood would have anything to do with the warranty on a Thor/Keystone?

Welcome to the forum.
