Add an App Feedback Button
I suggest adding an app feedback button to the phone and tablet apps. This would give users a direct link to provide feedback much like most other apps. Also, developers would know which specific app was receiving feedback, i.e., iPhone, iPad, android, etc.

Our app is a third party and as such we have very little control of its content. I sent your inquiry to our tech guys but I'm not optimistic.

Most app creators want to improve their apps and often get good suggestions from users. Thanks anyway for responding to my suggestion.
