Adding a photo to my postings

Now that is so scary . On here after it gets posted it shows bracket the way it is suppose to . But on my keyboard it shows double bracket when it gets sent out? that is why I get a red X .
Must be the coffee kicking in . LOL

I think after this I will just post a web site so people can just click on , like I have been doing for past few days. I am retired and this is WORK, I rather be camping. I am going outside and built a fire and roast marshmellows.

Hi George,

You might find it easier to just use the icons at the top of the "Post A Reply" window, they add the codes for you. Using them might allow you more time for the campfire and marshmallows.

First line is the display image-UBB code which is the second to the last box on top (picture) I left out the [img] also the [/img]

Now I will try the box that has URL which is the third box also without the [img] and [/img]

now let see what happens now, Richard are you seeing what I am seeing. I name the title 2006 THOR and that works only if you click on it.
I already ran out of marshmellows I guess now I will throw on a thick steak . And take the mountain bike and have some more fun while i still have daylight.

George, the link in your most recent post (where the red x is) is actually a link to the entire GALLERY of photos and as such will not show up as a photo.

I went into your gallery and right clicked on a photo and went to "properties" and then copied the http address for the individual photo and then came back here and pasted that address into the "picture" icon on the "post a reply" toolbar. Here's that picture.

It is also the reason your 2006 Thor url link works as you used the url tool to post the url....I think we're making progress!!

Bob , I just did exactly as you said about going to the gallery and copy it then paste it .

I am going to try that again , and see if I can put in the display image box like Hitchiker said earlier

Click on edit and look what I did in this post...

George.....you are using the address for your entire photo site when you try and post one.

Click on the INDIVIDUAL picture and paste it, not the link you used in the url post above.

EACH individual photo has an address.....right click over the photo and go down to properties of EACH photo.
