How can I search on new posts in only selected forums?

Right now I go to each form I want to see and can see new posts highlighted since my last visit. I was hoping to pull up new posts in each forum I want to see but don't think I can.

I tried a search using "since my last visit" and selected the forums I was interested in but the search engine fails since I don't enter any word(s) to search on.

And just selecting "New Posts" produces all new posts since my last visit in every forum - that's a lot!!

To see just new posts in any and all threads, use the "New Post" button on the top bar.

To see all threads that have no new posts, use the "Unanswered posts" thread in the Mission Statement block

To see all the threads in a Sub-Forum, starting with the most recent, open the Sub-forums page from the RV forums list.

I spent the past 20 minutes trying to figure out if there was a sort for only new posts for only a set of forums you want to see & I couldn't find anything. Sorry.

OK....how about this...

Subscribe to the Sub-Forums you want to sort/segregate.
Then, everytime you press "User CP" - all your selected Sub-Forums with new posts will populate the "Subscribed Forums" block (center section) of your User CP page

Good suggestion. Tried it. No better than just selecting the forums I want to catch up on via the main pages & drop downs. Thanks for the suggestion.
