CG Reply & adding photos? What am I doing wrong?

I've tried registering separately for the CG and Photo areas but it still won't let me reply to or add a CG or put any photos in the photo section.
Any instructions somewhere?

I have one question, have you replyed to the verification email? The reason I ask is I was changing my password and now I cant get in at all but when I tried to redo the password again it said I had not replied yet. I have a email in to Bill to check it out it looks like there is a problem so we are locked out for a bit longer. I will let you know when its ready again.
