Tried everything. I can’t change my profile. Move this to the proper place but please explain what I am doing wrong.

Click on 'User CP'
*top left area ---just above Mission Statement banner

Then scroll down left column to section you wish to change/add/edit
*make sure you SAVE Changes

If using Cell Phone...you may not see changes done

I have clicked on Red triangle ---notified Moderator for their help

I know about the user cp and to scroll down the left column. I need to change an error in my state spelling and I bought a different rv.

I put in the info but it won’t save it.

It won't save it how? The button is not available or when you click it it still doesn't save. Usually when it won't save it's because there's an error on the page somewhere you have to correct. The software should be giving you an error message.

Okay. I tried it again. I made the changes. Then it gave me the message that I’ve timed out and to log in again. It’s only been 1 minute. I’ve tried dozen times and it won’t save. Know I’m wrong somewhere but this ain’t rocket science. But then, I ain’t no rocket scientist. Oh well. Not that big of a deal. Thanks.

Did you check the Remember Me box when you logged in? That would be your problem. If you don't, when you do a Save & the page refreshes you get logged out.

Try again & click that Remember Me box.

Ok. I finally got it to go thru. I logged out and when I logged in, it gave me a whole new looking setup. Thanks for your help. And yes, I did check remember me.
