Changing profile photo??

I seem to have changed my profile photo in the User CP, but the old photo continues to show up on my posts.

I hit Save Changes and the message, "upload of file failed", shows up. Is there a problem with this site, or with how I'm (not) doing things?

The profile picture is different from a member's "avatar" seen next to their posts....which is different from a supporting members signature photo.

Each can be changed separately

Notice there are two different edit options for avatar and profile picture.

Wouldn't have figured out that the avatar was key.
