This evening I tried to get into the fireside chat, but I kept getting a message that "Chat does not allow guest access."
In my header it says "Welcome, Steve & Bunny [Logout]" I have to assume that means I AM logged in!?
Am I doing something wrong, or is the website?

Thanks,
Steve

Just left chat you should be able to gain access and see yourself on chat board with no one on it and jump to WH chat if new software is loaded on your First time I have ever been on with new software old never worked for me. What software do you have? Some will not work. "007"

I don't understand. It works now, and I am not doing anything different. Of course there's no one else in there now to chat with.

Steve

You weren't the only one, another fellow kept getting "kicked out" too, might have been a new software glitch it was the 1st night for the new software. Worked well for me and hopefully will for you next week.

Novi nailed it! This is a new Chat software program from Groupee (the provider of our forum software) and they may still be working out some bugs.

Please post any future problem with the Chat on this thread and we'll communicate them to Groupee on a trouble ticket.

Thanks for working with us!

Dave
