It's slow for me, too. Been that way since earlier today.

Glad it’s not just me. Installed new version of iOS (version 12.4) on my iPad today. Thought it might be an iOS issue.

Yeah, it's been that way all day and still is this evening.
Suspect it's on the server side (Cloudflare?) as the total trace route times are under 250ms. Or someone forget to feed the squirrels.
