Colored Envelopes Next To Posts

I went to the FAQ but couldn't find the explanation for all the various 'envelopes' next to my posts. Can you direct me where to find this? Thanks.

If you scroll to the bottom of a sub forum such as this one " forum 101/ announcements / member concerns " you'll see this.

That legend doesn't show up on my screen. I wonder if it is because I have ad blocker enabled?
