Deleting one picture within a gallery?

Within a gallery, how do I delete only one picture. If I go to "My Albums" and then to a gallery and hit "delete" it wants to delete the whole gallery. I want to know if only one picture within a gallery can be deleted. There are a few pictures here and there that are no longer needed or are of poor quality.

I have about 25 galleries and each one might have 5 to 30 pictures. Superslif

Find the pic and click on it to make it full size. Then look for an option in the right corner to edit the image. There should be a link to delete it.

Thanx yes there it is under "Photo Options"....once you enlarge the picture. That was my mistake....I just want to clean house a bit....
