Edit option appears to be gone from my posts

I've verified I'm logged in, but still I don't see an edit option any longer on my posts. I know it used to be there. Is this a known issue?

OK, so it appeared on this post, so something is wonky.

The edit function disappears after about one hour after the post is made. You can edit up to that time, then it becomes permanent except for the moderators.

If you want to edit a closed edit thread, and you feel it is absolutely essential that it be edited, you can contact the moderators by clicking on the red triangle at the bottom left of the post. However, in most cases, simply make another post that explains the change you wish to make.

I'll confirm what Larry said. You have an hour to edit your own posts. Anything beyond that time period just use the Report Post icon and ask a moderator to edit for you.
