emails on threads
I used to get emails on threads that I'm involved with, but it seems that this has stopped??
Any help would be appreciated as always.
Cliff

There have been some changes. Has it been prior to or since this thread discussed the same issue? Check the following:
User CP setting
Are they hung up in your Junk or Spam folder?
Could your ISP be blocking them as Dirk posted?
Post back & let us know.

clifftall-I know that some members have started having problems with some of the big providers not letting iRV2 emails through, so I would like to strongly recommend that you set up a Gmail account for iRV2. You can also set the Gmail account to seamlessly go into your Outlook mailbox if you choose to do so.
Good Luck...I know it worked for WThomas1!!

Cliff,
Yes, it needs to be changed in your "User CP" ( click on "Edit Your Details") so the system can send the notifications to the gmail account. I checked and you're set to receive them in an att.net account now.
Your Outlook will need to be set up too if you want them going there, the instructions will depend on the exact version you have. If you go to the MS Outlook site you'll find all the various versions' setup directions there.
Just for additional background info, yesterday the site owner "Andy R" did some maintenance is an effort to fix the problem you are having. It may take 24-48 hours for the fix to propagate and that amount of time hasn't passed yet to determine if the fix was successful.
You may want to put your efforts to create this work around on the back burner until we see if his efforts are successful, that's up to you. The gmail accounts aren't affected and are working OK IRT notifications.

We've tested it twice and so far our tests indicate the issue hasn't been resolved. Additional tests are scheduled.

As far as I know at this time the owner's fix has failed to correct this condition; I'm confident he'll continue working on it as his time permits.

Thanks for the update Richard
I have been checking my user cp each day and can see if any threads that I'm subscribed to have had some action.
