For those of you getting errors surrounding viglink on the app... we apologize for this and are expecting an update to be pushed out mid week, next week from the developer. it should address this compatibility issue.

Yep! Been going on with my Note 3 over a week now. My Note is running Android 5.0. Technically my phone is "old", anything over a year is considered old with smart phones, computers, etc. Glad to see it wasn't just me getting the error message. I'm on tmobile, but it's not a carrier problem.

please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. there is a new version to address this issue but you have to load it on your device....
