Can someone give me a hand with my store account?

I pre-registered last September for the National rally but I can't seem to log back on my account. Password request does not recognize our email.

Mike,

I've heard of problems with that issue before, it won't recognize mine either. When I go in I just register as a new user each time, try that to see if it works.

In the interim, I'll see if I can draw Bill's ("Warpath") attention to your concern. He handles the store and the systems programming. If you get in, post here to let us know.

Hey Mike,

I did find your rally preregistration order in the system.

The reason you cannot log in is because at the time of your order you did not add a password so the system keeps you as a guest and does not give you an account. I also show a different email address than the one you have in your file here in the forums.

When you do your full registration just add a password and you can log-in to review your order at any time.

Hey Richard, new HitchHiker on the way! You probably mentioned it somewhere, but with our home remodel project going on I can't keep up with anything anymore. Aren't you gonna need a MTD soon?

I registered again and have been able to repeat logins so I guess I'm golden again.

I don't know why I wouldn't have put a password in as I am usually quite anal about that. The email is different because I wanted the receipt and any notices to go to the account my wife checks as sometimes I don't keep up too well with mine. She'll tell you that too.


Of course I still can't link to my initial order. I tried searching by order number but no luck. Can you re-link my pre-reg with my new (same as before account)? If you need me to forward my receipt to you, can do. Or, is paying the rest of the rally a separate transaction and I don't need it linked?
