All you need to do is post your picture in the photo Gallery and after it has been approved you can use it any place on iRV2. Pictures are approved by Admin abd should be ready soon after you put it in.

I'm get a (exeeds file limit) each time I try to upload a photo

Rick,

Reduce the file size of your photo using a photo editing program such as Microsoft Office Picture Manager or another of your choosing. Then try uploading the reduced file.

30 - 60K is all that's needed to view the photos on a monitor.
