Okay, so call me the Village Idiot, but for the life of me, I can't see how to post a campground review. I did register separately for that gallery, but where do I click to post?
And each time I go back to that section after searching other areas (FAQ, etc) for clues on how to post, it requires me to sign in again. When I go to the regular forum, it recognizes me immediately, and I have no problem posting.
Now I sit back and wait to be totally embarrassed by someone explaining what should have been totally obvious. I can feel the redness getting ready to envelope me...

Rosegramma,
Are you adding a new campgound...or is the campground already there and you are adding a review to an already posted campground?
The procedure is different for each.
I also believe that once you post... then it goes in for moderation ..and it has to be approved for it to show...

Click on CG reviews.
Click on add campground.
Select the state, and click on submit.
Enter the campground name, city, description, your zipcode, and pictures if you have any, and click upload/submit.
A moderator will approve the submission, and that's it!

Up near the top right side of the page - just under the light blue band - in the darker blue band is a spot that says ...Add Campground...
click that button ...it will take you to a State drop down menu... go to Virginia..
click the submit button and then continue fillin in the spots...
Good Luck... hope the campground was nice!

Thanks Dirk & MonacoMama. Yep, another "duh.." moment.
I believe I was successful at posting it, and yes, we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities in a Forest Service Campground.
Now, could you clue me in to how to post the price so it comes up in the listing? I looked for that option when filling in the review and also for a place to rate it, but didn't see how to do that, so I included price in the body of review. I must be getting feeble minded. Maybe I should say, more feeble minded.

Rosegramma, I just approved your CG review.
You can post the price as you did, or you can post the general description of the campground, then come back and review it with your personal opinion, experience, and price charged.

Thanks again, Dirk. I think there's hope for me. I just may get the hang of all this. But do stand by, I'll probably be begging again shortly. I'm not even going to attempt to upload photos today, got other stuff to do, but I will try to add the rating & price to the review as you explained. Good job, teacher!

Thanks, Rosegramma.
If you could see some of my early posts, and my first campground review, you would see that most us learned by trial and error.
You're normal.
Next.
I'm still learning parts of this forum, and we here at iRV2 are glad to help.
