I"m trying to add a file to the chassis section

I'm posting a link to the pdf but it keep saying I must link to the file.
This is what I'm trying to add directly from the internet, instead of from my computer. It's senseless to download it to my computer then upload to irv2.com.

I don''t know what happened Cliff. Every time i added the link then clicked done, in red letter popped up "please enter a valid link".
I'm using FireFox 101.0.1, which gets kinda crazy working with certain IRL's. Next time I'll try using MS Edge and see it anything changes.
