The standard fix for all apps is to delete the app and reinstall it.

I had that with the old app but not the new one. As advised , delete it and reinstall .

I am on day 3 of the app just closing and wanting to send a report. 4 times In 1 hour!!! Really??? WTH???? Uninstalled and reinstalled... still happening. Beyond frustrating while reading and posting. Please Fix!

I have an iPhone 5 and the app has worked flawlessly. Are you using an old app? Maybe you can shut off the notifications donut want constantly be running in the background.

My app is the newly updated one. I have a droid phone... never had issues before 3 days ago. Crossing fingers it will continue to work well. Eight now it's been 2 hours and no problems.

DW uses the App. I get here from the Email links at times the links will not open and sometimes when they open I get error msg IRV not responding. We both use Droid Bionic with Verizon.

I've just deleted and reinstalled the app and signed in. First thing it did was to freeze as I started to reply to a post, and then it kicked me out.
This is getting old! I will try again with the reinstall, but is there something else I can do? Or is this a bug that needs some attention?!!

Iphone app issue
Using APP to reply with my iPhone 5. Works OK for me.
Have you checked to see how many APPs you have open. To many APP's open can cause problems.

This has been going on for over a week for me. Only app open is this one and it punts me out. Sometimes many times other times a few... but it always dumps me while either reading or responding. I am so over it...
