IRV2 Website Issue

It seems that I can only access IRV2 via Incognito mode in Chrome. I tried Edge but I get the same result - page unresponsive.

I'm going to assume you are on a computer/laptop since you didn't say what device you are on. This website has helped me before with "user error" things I've gotten myself into:

I'm on a home computer and a laptop - neither will load the site. This is the only site I'm having issues with.

As trite as it sounds, try clearing the cache and cookies *for irv2 only.* It's usually not great advice (worse is being told to clear all your cookies and cache for all sites) but sometimes it does work.

Nah, worse is being told: Did you turn off/turn back on your device to reboot it? That seems to be the std canned 1st answer to any issue

Thanks for looking into it from your end. Turns out it was a corrupted McAfee Web Advisor app. McAfee fixed it and it's working now. Who would have thought that the issue would lie with an internet protection service like McAfee
