I agree ....what's going on? Just some simple communication would be nice. Is the app provider working on a solution...when do they expect a fix...what's happening?

Tried to remove and reinstall and no change. Still has dead spots

Note that I have an iPad and the remove and reinstall seems to work for android devices.

I guess I am not as sad about not having an ipad as I was a few minutes ago.
I just use this old laptop and it may be clunky and not very portable anymore but it works without my having to do anything.

Again, the full site works on iPad without issue. I prefer this venue better anyway personally.
