You can simply & generally read the forum without logging-in. You would only need to log-in if you want to review you PM's, subscribed threads, or post, etc.
Very typical of forums and SM sites.

Unfortunately I can't help further because I know nothing about Apple products. The only thing I can think of, since you mention it happened to all your forums at once, is it could be related to some update that took place on your device.

Go to Safari in the settings , scroll down and select " clear history and website data ".
