Login timeout
I have participated in quite a few forums. I have NEVER even come CLOSE to the expiration time of this one..
I mean, we are not discussing the invasion of Russia or taking over the White House (as far as I know?!!).
I don't know what the time is, but would guess 24 hours? That's pretty ridiculous. Not everyone has the site logged into their brain in real time, so if you check in once a day, you shouldn't have to log in every time?!!
I'm about ready to look for a new site.

Next time you have to log back in, check the box "Remember me"......... I never have to log in here.......unless I log out.

No need to get so upset. We don't have a login timeout. As noted, if you don't check the Remember Me box when you login, you will get logged out when you change pages. Remember Me assigns cookies to keep you logged in as you go from page to page.

FWIW, I run FireFox latest version. If I leave the computer for say, 20 minutes the privacy and security settings log off of irv2.com and some other RVing forums.
Leaving me signed-on to a website invites hackers to an easy target IMO,

On most forums I've joined, the "Remember Me" only prefills your username. I just tried it, and hopefully we are hunky dory.
