Hello. I am having problems with the mobile app logging in. I keep getting a message that my password or user name is wrong. I use the same password/user name to log in on my laptop with no problems ... Any idea what I am doing wrong ??

If you are absolutely certain you're entering the correct user name and the correct password, you can delete the app from your smart phone or tablet. Then download it onto your device again and retry signing in.

If this does not solve the problem, you can try resolving it via PC.

If all else fails, you may need to create a new user name and/or password.

Please do not reregister to create a new username/password. Members are permitted to have only one account and multiple accounts complicate the issue.
