Navigate to first unread post...

When you follow a thread, is there a way to navigate to the first unread post instead of having to start at top of thread.
I'm using an Android and I can't find a button for this.
Thanks

Does the Android browser have a tiny little down arrow just before the post title? If so, click that. See the picture below, the down arrow in front of the word 'Tire' in the second thread shown.
It does of course require you to be logged in at the time when you press the arrow, and when you last read the thread.

No, doesn't have that.
About all you can do is hit the arrow on the right side that will take you to the last post made and then scroll up to the last post you read.

I use the iRV2 Android App frequently when scanning & reading posts.
When I open a thread I have participated in it takes me to the first unread post... not the first or last.

I use the desktop version saved onto my phone and there’s a “view first unread”’button at the top of every post. See attached image.

How do you use desktop version? I just open the forum in Chrome and I get this:

Right! The default is to open a phone version, which is trimmed down. Scroll to the bottom of the page that you’re seeing and choose “view full site.” I then saved that new page as a bookmark to appear on my phone screen and that’s what I click on every time I want to come here.

The full desktop version might be too crowded for some to enjoy viewing on their small phone screens, but I just expand the areas I’m interested in and prefer the full functionality.

Hope that helps!

Btw - HomeBy5 - I was exactly where you are exactly 1 year ago. But I thought things through carefully, asked lots of thoughtful questions, got lots of helpful answers - and now a year later with about 100 nights of camping under my belt, mostly boondocking and state campgrounds, I’m feeling pretty confident with what I’m doing, and most importantly, I understand my rig and its systems and can handle it all on my own. As an older woman often camping solo, and who was terrified to drive out my driveway a year ago, and couldn’t back up no matter how many times I practiced with my husband in a parking lot - I feel pretty good about where I’ve ended up a mere one year later - and so will you!
