How do i satisfy this request in my profile?

"You have not verified your email address (by responding to the email sent from this site)."
I have looked thru my e-mails and didn't find anything to respond to. I did get a welcome message but I don't see anything that needs confirmtion.

Don't worry about it. That feature isn't in use. I have the same message in my profile.
