Via the exterior

Open the outside water heater access panel and you will see all the screws in frame that have to be removed, cut the sealant between frame/exterior of RV, disconnect the gas line
From inside you will need to access backside of water heater to disconnect AC/DC wiring & water lines
*May be able to do so from outside if enough slat in wiring/plumbing

WHAT do you plan on replacing it with?
Cut out is sized for that water heater....others will require different size openings!

WHY are you wanting to replace that water heater??????

What is the BRAND/MODEL????

Water heater

The tank leaks. Replacing it with a suburban, same make and model. The coach has a custom paint and the outside trimmering won't come off appears to be glued on. That's why I was wondering if it can come out through the kitchen sink area

Suburban SW10DE Installation
http://techsupport.pdxrvwholesale.co...ual-SW10DE.pdf

You will have to run a razor blade around the outside edge of frame (between frame & RV exterior wall) to release cut the sealant
Painted ....if really careful should be able to release W/O damaging the paint. Maybe!

Regardless....it has to come OUT from the Outside
