Just now when I opened a post it kept coming up with ads between each posting. Is this something new to create income for the forum or did I get in a bad spot?

There are more adds per page then there is useful information on this forum. But the saying goes, you get what you pay for and I don't pay anything.

I've been here several years and I had not seen anything like I saw a few minutes ago. I'm not complaining but I was just wondering if there was something going on that wasn't supposed to be.

I use Ad Block Plus and I don't see them! I became an IRV2 Supporter because I'm blocking their ads and I wanted to help promote the site!

Thanks for the ifo. I realized after your post that my ad block plus had been deleted while I was trying to fix my google problems this morning. I will have to check out the supporter thing also. I did do something shortly after I joined and got some stickers when I sent some money but I have not seen anything like it since.

I also see my signature is no longer showing so I will have to fix it if I can figure out how.

I'm on my laptop on fiber optic. I went into my user cp and redone it. For some reason it had not posted or something. I will check the supporter link.

Ads can be reduced in the following methods.

1. Make sure logged in and check the “Remember Me” option.
2. IRV2 supporters see less ads
3. Use an ad blocker
4. On a phone or pad use the app for zero ads while reading forums.

Does anyone's signature show? This one for instance should show a trailer model and pickup at the bottom.

If not, click "User CP" then "Edit Options", then near the bottom you can select "Show Signatures", "Show Avatars", and "Show Images." Mine got turned off somehow a few months back.

Your signature shows up just fine on the full view desktop version. If you are on the app or a non full web site view you may not be seeing it.
