Private messages not received

I have noticed lately that when I send a PM, they are not received by the other party. This is an intermittent problem, as some do get through. This only seems to happen when I use my Macbook Air. If I send a PM via my phone app, no problems. I asked one of the system administrators and they were unsure and suggested I reach out to the forum to see if anyone else is having this issue and if so, how did you correct it?

When sending a private message, if you scroll down the page you find a box labeled "Additional Options" In that box is a list of options. Do you have the second box, "Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder." checked? If so, you should see the messages you've sent. If you have it checked and they aren't in your Sent items folder, you might not have completed the process and actually sent the message you prepared. You could also check the first box, "Request a read receipt for this message" to be sure the message is actually sent and received. Also make sure you've got space for messages, the stored message folder doesn't have all that much capacity.
