Is there a way , to search for a topic , that has been posted already ?
What I'm asking is, instead of posting a new thread , can one find a thread that already has input and feedback ,by typing a Key word ?

There are a couple of ways to search the forum. If you have a question we recommend that you search before posting. There's a fair chance that we have a several posts about your topic of interest.
The Forums search tool found on the nav bar is fairly easy to use and really quick. Our search tool searches for key words and you have a choice to search for threads or posts. Consider using the advanced search function to narrow down your choices. You must be logged into the forums to use the search tool.
Google search: We have an embedded google search available. Check out the upper right hand corner of the page to find this tool.

For me the Google type search is easier and works better than the irv2 search and most often the Google search will bring up the irv2 posts. At least that's the way it seems to work for me.

x2 on the Google search - be sure the iRV2 radio button is checked.
Using the general forums search seems to return results with all the words put in the box - not necessarily what you want.

Based on your many number of posts, maybe you know ; Is there a way of finding members , by their State.
A lot of members , don't list their home City or State.

If they listed their State on their account , you can find them.
Select Community from teal tool bar .
Then search and select advanced search.
Type in a State

Currently, we have only 3 models that have thread title prefix's:
Coachmen
Bounder
American Coach
So if you want to return results with only those models of RV, then you would highlight that model name after you've entered your key words, then select Search Now.
If you hold down the Ctrl key, you can select multiple of those models to return results.
