Those have been discontinued for a while. You may have to have someone build one for you.

Take pictures of old one if you don't have off yet.. pictures of the ends.. then go on line.. AutoZone, advanced auto parts, oreillys, or napa.. and try to match up with f350 same year, eng and trans as yours.. compare online pictures with your cell phone pictures.. many parts from 1997 f350 or f250 will work.. and if still not available.. then trip to you pull and pay.. look for f250 to f350.. good luck and let us know what you did and maybe better members then me will help you

If I needed something out of stock or no longer being made I'd remove the broken part.
See what each end looked like. Replace old ends or use old ends if they look OK. Replace the broken cable and crimp on the old ends. There's more than one way to, "Skin a Cat."

I needed some wiper blades for the RV. The RV blades used a 12-mm wide "J" hook. They are difficult to find at a reasonable ($25 to $40 each) price. Most all vehicles use a 9-MM "J" hook set up. Easy fix. I ground down our 12-MM "J" hook ends to 9-MM and now its easy to find replacement blades reasonably priced and at any store that carries wiper blades. More than one way to skin a cat!!!
