Is there a reason I can not edit my signature?

There shouldn't be. Have you gone to your user cp and then edit signature ?

I found a page where I can change most of the "about me" but cant see where to add too my signature or to change my email address?

You'd think you could edit it when you click on user name next to Welcome, but you have to actually do it from the user CP.

Ok I think I found it the control panel got me in right direction thanks...

George, click on USER CP located on the lower left area of the rectangle that contains the Welcome, homeless. You can then click on setting & options on the middle left, you can then click edit signature and put whatever you want in the white area.
