Question (and statement) Ok I know have the "visit/stay" map saved to my pictures. I would now like to add it to my signature at the bottom of my posts but have not found the right area of the forum site to go to. Can some one help?

Go into your profile using the 'Go' tab and enter the url into the area indicated for your signature. Use the HTML code [img] before it and [/img] after.
