I think you have so many posts that the search engine is timing out. I have been able to get varying results using "007" and other criteria and they never come back the same. I can't figure it

Nope Driver, 007 is not alone, several of us have posted about problems under some other forums, for example I show only one post for last month (had 12) and the next one is shown up as being made in Oct. The lost/missing posts started acted up several weeks ago about the time the Icon for the "new since last visit" also started acting up (does't work), as also did the accessing speed when you click on a posting. They (hitchhiker, Bill Etc. were sent a message around a week ago about the problems, suppose to be working on it (?) but no change or comments that I've seen, nor have any mention been made ---as of yet---
Best,

We are easing Driver out!
First we mess with his posts then comes step #2!
The boy is retired you know! He needs to get on with it!
Sometimes the software will archive things it aint' supposed to?

Actually, the pure weight and wisdom of your posts might be the exact thing that is doing them in !!!
I long ago decided that my posts here would be 90% light-hearted and carefree; and 10% informative and number-crunching.
And when I do a search for my posts,.... I see hundreds of them !!!
So grasshoppers, proof that my style has its advantages.

As it turns out, I reckon you are correct "007"
I just checked and I'm down to 109 archived posts. and most of my current ones are a missin'.
We all need to investigate this.

Hi All,
I've noticed that my recent posts aren't showing up when I do a search for my own posts (by clicking on the link in my profile). 4 older posts show up, but not the ones from the last couple of days. However, when I manually look for them they are there.
So in my case, posts are still there, but newer ones don't show up on the search.

Same here, if I do a "View Cruzer's Posts" thing, I see the very last post, then a huge gap and then a list of really old posts. Maybe the Pacman part of the forum is eating the database up.
