Why is there a Workhorse forum but no Ford or Freightliner forum? Does Workhorse and the other brands pay for this service? It seems like a good deal of the things you read on the forum are about problems.
I have a Damon on a Workhorse and I read about plenty of problems with WH but I never read about any problems with a Ford Chassis.
Is Ford paying to not have a "Ford Chassis " forum.
I'm starting to want my next MH to be on a Ford, but , if they have problems, we seldom get to hear about it on 'iRV'
Why won't some one start one?

I can't say about Ford, but I have a Freightliner chassis and so far it has been problem free (21K miles in 13 months).. Then again I have a 1990 El Dorado on a Chevy chassis and have yet to have a problem with it either.

Some of the forums are sponsored by the manufacturer. Some do not feel it is appropiate to sponsor a forum where owners can publicly bash them even if they do get praise.
The Administrators consider forums as requested by the members on specific topics. One concern is it tends to dilute the other forums as members will tend to post all items under the one forum when it might be better to be under a more general topic.

Well then, why just pick on Workhorse, and act like Ford and Freightliner are'nt major players. If you have a Ford Chassis problem the Ford Chassis forum would be the best place to gety advice for it.

The "MH - Problems, Solutions & After Market" forum sponsored by RV upgrades.com is an appropriate place to discuss the problems and solutions that you've experienced with your Ford chassis motorhome.
