That's great!

My son turned 40 this week and he and some of his friends are hosting a Happy Birthday/End of the World Party at a music hall in Worcester, MA tonight. They've done similar things before and we've attended. Always a good time. Sad to say I'll miss this one.

That said. The Myan calendar comes to the end of it's current cycle, however like all cycles, the end of one, is the start of another. Every time I have seen it depected I have seen a Disc or Circle.

Here is an exercise for you. Draw a circle, No pick a point on the circumference, From that point travel around the circle till you come to the end.

As you should know,, A circle, has no end.
Pessimist! When I travel in a circle I return to the beginning. Maybe that's where your mistake was.

Dang! Why didn't I think of that. "Honey, it's the end of the world....Can we...you know?"

Well, I'm still here and nothing much has changed. We still have the same news stories....murders, car-jacking, DWI's and our national leaders still do not have a clue what they were elected to do.

Some say it was not an ending, but a new beginning...I am still waiting. Maybe the changes won't start until Monday, the first work day of the week.
