It took me quite a awhile to adjust to retirement. About 15 minutes on the first day and then i was acclimated to it.

I retired in June. 15 minutes was about right for me too. (-:

Time Flies

Hello Everyone.
I started this thread over 3 years ago.
Wow where does time go, been retired or mostly retired for over 3 years now. .
I do work occasionally for an RV dealership
In Calgary . I do customer walkthroughs here and there and also have taken a few long trips for the dealership to drop Motorhomes at various places. Took one
Of the dealers Tiffin Zephyr Motorhomes back to Tiffin in Red Bay Alabama for service. Then a month later flew down and drove it back home. This was great, was a used Motorhome so we could use it. We camped a few nights in it. Even stayed at Walmart a couple of nights, haven't done that before. It was better then owning it. I had full use of everything in it. Dealership paid all expenses plus paid me. . Another trip in a Newmar Mountain Aire from St. John NB back to Calgary. I hope everyone who retired or is about to is doing well. .
It's funny how busy you can be doing not a lot. . I pretty much did nothing this last week but I feel I'm not finished so will carry on next week with nothing. Winter is any day now not really looking forward to the cold and snow and I'd rather do nothing outside than inside. Camping season is 5 or 6 months down the road.
Someone said I don't know how I ever had time to go to work, That's true. Having the morning coffee and baileys now thinking I might go look in on my 5th wheel at the storage place today and think about some mods to make on it.
Be Well Guys and enjoy your retirement or getting ready for it.
