I will post it again. These are the people to contact in that area. Hopefully, for the horse's sake they have.

Thanks for all the nice feed back guys. You surely are horse lovers. I book marked that rescue web site Motoj thanks. I took some pics a few minutes ago but unfortunately could not get a close up of the leg as I spooked her with the flash and she wouldn't come back to the fence to finish the photo shoot. Don't know how to disable flash without owners manual Anyhow I talked to a woman today who was feeding the horse and she says that there is someone who is in the process of trying to acquire this horse. The person is waiting to get hold of the owner who would have to sign some papers. A vet did come but could only take a visual of the horse as they could not enter private property without permission of the owner. I will follow up with this woman to see if the horse will in fact be going to a new home and let you guys know. Now I have never posted pics so this could take a while. Thanks again for all the positive feedback.

Make sure she also has plenty of clean water available.....I spent the last 2 summers volunteer workamping at an equine center in MD. Have come to love those beasts.

Well I tell you the horse is lucky to be living next door to an RV park.
