Anyone own a Harbor Freight sheet metal shear/brake/slip roll?

I am looking to make a metal lamp shade out of perforated sheet metal.
I don't want this to be more than a $400 lamp (cost of tools)

Looking at a Harbor Freight combo machine for $400.

Harbor Freight Slip Roll
Does anyone have an opinion on htis machine, or a recommendation on a different brand. I really want the slip roll function.

Has anyone made their own slip roll??

Thanks,

Dan

Yes, a friend of mine has had and one for rebuild and customizing VW Bugs (pre 74).
It's not a commercial tool, with that it mind it should do what you want.
