Best way to beat cancer

I just proved to myself the best way to beat cancer...early detection and early treatment. Having God on my side also helped.

Doctor told my wife the best way to prevent cancer was exercise. this was after her second bout with breast cancer. So at 67 she started running half marathona. Two years and 5 half marathons later she is still running. She is much Tougher than i am.

ditto.

No chemo or radiation...no better deal than cold steel however.

We met a gentleman today with the exact same cancer as I had but he delayed getting treatment. He is now trying experimental drugs just trying to live.

Caught my cancer early. One month of radiation and I'm good to go. About 7 years clear so far. Positive attitude helps.

My wife was having repeated problems with her urinary tract but initial scans showed nothing. A persistant doctor decided she was not leaving until he got to the bottom of it, he found a cancerous kidney. They got it all but just in time. I was an emotional basket case for a month. For those enduring cancer and those supporting them, keep the faith and make the most of each day as it comes. And most important of all, have regular check ups. Nail it early and nail it hard.
