CA Mammoth Pool Reservoir Fire

Our thoughts and prayers are with the thousand campers trapped by the fire near Mammoth Pool California. Over 160 were rescued by the National Guard using helicopters over night leaving their equipment behind. Many were injured, some seriously. Supposedly over a thousand are still stuck and are being told to seek safety in place, even if that means to jump in a lake.

Is anyone there that has an update for us?

So sad. I think we'll just stay on our little hill in MS!
