Camping World

The other evening I watched a program called "The Profit", main character Camping World main man Marcus... Seems the program is based on Marcus going to business owners and determining if he will invest in their business, which in turn gives them financial help. I noted several times that Marcus mention customer service and taking care of customers. My thought was... maybe you to take a look at some of your own Camping World businesses. The Camping World store I use in Vegas, the folks behind the counter are very indifferent, act like they are doing you a favor answering a question or paying for products. Forget about service department. # weeks out to schedule work then hearing horror stories on the work done. How in the world did Camping world get so big, and so lousy. Pot calling the kettle black it seems.

I agree....I would go the extra mile and pay a bit more for service.....If you give me good service you get my loyalty....No service or poor service....I'm gone....

Though a service business should offer great service most don't. So, yes if great service is provided it is special. I always appreciate when someone does a good job for me. Always.

I work for a very large corporation everybody has heard of... NO I didn't hire on with them,,, nor would I ... My company was bought out by them... The Only reason I hired on with the previous was almost everybody was in a good mood, happy to be there... Now days , so much less some are trying to vote ,, ummm,, a third party in (trying not to break any rules here) ,,, so,,, I can see how good smaller companies are swallowed up by large corporations,, that just don't care at all.....
