Sunday Morning November 6th we will change our clocks back to standard time. For the past 20 some years the EverReady Company and the International Association of Fire Chiefs has spearheaded the campaign.
When you set your clocks back on Nov. 6, use the extra hour to make a life-saving change in your household, and RV, change and test the batteries in your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors—and remind your friends, family and neighbors to do the same. Making sure your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are in working order takes just a moment, but is the best defense your family has against the devastating effects of a home or RV fire.
Also take the extra time to review with your family the emergency escape plans.
Stay safe.
