Via Mexico! It is amazing how good of work can be put out without a shop or much to work with. Having experienced it makes me wonder how US shops have the huevos to charge what they do.

Looks good? Guess it wasn't to windy.

Did you do the work?

Is that a platinum exterior?

Where did you get the paint?

What clear coat did you use?

Is the match close enough for touchup?

No I did not do the work. I started my career in body work at 16, went on to insurance adjuster, truck driver, an specialty estimates.

I donít know what you mean by platinum exterior. Iím in Mexico and got a guy that was doing for the neighbor give me a quote. $8,000 pesos. $386 US. I couldnít buy material for that. My son has a shop that does high end restoration and on my previous coach I spent $500 in materials to do one fender, one compartment door and blend into the bumper.

I didnít recognize the name on the can but from what I could make out it was part of the Sikens line. I had the roof coves refinished at the Winnebago factory and the guy matched better than they did.

But know I have one question for anybody. Why do sometimes my pictures upload the right way and sometimes sideways. And it makes no difference if I try and rotate on my computer before uploading. Sometimes straight, sometimes sideways.

Nice work for $386 bucks, you can't beat that.
As for the sideways pictures, iRV2 does not play nicely with any Apple/Mac program, no matter what you try to do.
I only upload pics from my android phone now. And yes, I have uploaded the iRV2 app for Apple on my iPad. Frankly I don't like the format.

Platinum is a Winnebago color scheme. That is what yours looks like to me.

Your photo files are too big. Re-size them smaller and they will post correctly. I had the same problem and have learned by trial and error to get them right.

For about 800 bucks my Mexican friend made my 04 look like it just came off the showroom floor.

Resize your photos before you post them and they will orient correctly.

I'm very interested in having your friend perhaps do some work on mine. Do you have any location and contact info on him?
