Indiana may be askew as well, it seems as if they always show a 'Tax Exempt' price, but charge us the regular rate at the pump, which is quiet higher(probably the 7% sales tax)...
I would assume 'tax exempt' is referring the bonified truckers
I have always found that at Pilot or Flying J no matter if using the "truck" pumps (always higher) or the regular diesel (car lane) pumps it was always more than using the regular national brands (Exxon, Shell, Roadway etc) by up to 12 cents a gallon. I no longer use the aforementioned stations.

Agree. In general I find truck stops higher priced. They have a captive market and offer unique access and services. Plus I usually cannot swipe my PENFED credit card at the pump so miss out on the 5% cash back. So I try to fuel at non truck stop when I can find access. Only thing I miss from the truck stop is the high flow pump...
