Is the TV showing "No Signal" or are you seeing the sat receiver menus and the receiver is reporting "No Signal" from the satellite? You want to be looking at the receiver's signal strength screen.

Try it with and without the B-Band Converter(s). Without the BBC, you'll get some transponders, but not others. So you'll get some channels. If that works, then installing the BBC should get you the rest.

Make sure you've got the right dish type and switch type selected, per the previous post.

The receiver is a H 23. The satillite Box shows its receiving 3 satillites. But nothing seems to be coming through the receiver with or without the b band ccnverter. We can't get anything on the tv screen which is a vizio hd. We tried on the comp setting and rgb setting. I press menu for the H 23 and nothing comes on screen of tv. Do I need to activate the unit to get this menu?

You can't activate the receiver until you can actually see it's output.

How is the receiver connected to the TV? What type of cable did you connect from the receiver to the TV? For an HD signal, it should be an HDMI cable. What input on the TV is it connected to?

Have you used the menus on the TV to select each of the HDMI inputs to see if you get a signal? Make sure the power is on to the receiver when you do that.

I do thank you for your help. The RV is pre wired to the tv so I screw n the coaix cable to sat in on box and then plug the pre wired colored wires into corresponding plugs on the box that go to tv. Yet still nothing except. The " no signal " on tv screen. Guess its back to shop.

How many wires and what colors are they? If there are five of them (Red/Green/Blue and Red/White), it's a component input, and you should look for that on the TV input menu. If it's just red/white/yellow, it's composite. If it's red/white and a connector with multiple pins, look for S-Video in the menu.

The only one of all those that will give you HD is the component input.

OK, can you find anything it the TV's input menu that looks like a component entry? I checked online, and it appears they mark it "COMP". Can you check the side of the TV to make sure the cable is connected there?

Does this RV have any kind of component video switching system? Is there a box somewhere with buttons to select different HD inputs? Like Sat vs Blu-Ray?
