Do you currently ride a motorcycle ?
Self-explanatory. What is the bike you have NOW ?
If you have multiple bikes, specify which one you have the most seat time in.
(Just for fun, what was the VERY FIRST bike you ever rode as a kid ?)

I have two actually:
2009 Harley-Davidson 883L Sportster (Vivid Black) - mine
2007 Harley-Davidson 883L Sportster (Pearl White) - my g/f's.
My first bike was dirt bike: the bulletproof Honda XR200R.

I gave up my '00 Harley Heritage Springer last year. Loved that thing, but too many close calls and a desire to enjoy my retirement checks for many more years to come convinced me it was time. Bob

Present -1973 Moto Guzzi Eldorado, 850. Bought it new.
1st cycle was a 350 Kawasaki triple, then a 72 Kawasaki 750 triple. Both were very quick but Guzzi handles better and much more comfortable.

2010 Harley Road Glide Custom w/103 CI engine... love this bike! Now we have to find the right lift to hang it off the back of the Gulf Stream Atrium 40' DP.

We're in the same boat. There are way too many crazies out there & we've had several close calls ourselves. The wake up call was 5 years ago when a good friend ended up with a TBI & in a wheelchair after a serious accident. We're seriously considering giving ours up. Lots of great memories tied up in it though so it's hard to part with.

We both ride, Heather on BMW F650 GS and I am on 1200 GS Adventurer. Both 2009. We love stopping and exploring the back roads from our bikes then come home to a nice place to sleep.

Two bikes:
2007 BMW K1200GT
1971 Honda CB750K1 - I bought this bike new.
My first "bike" was a Simplex 125 Automatic when I was 8 years old. My first REAL motorcycle was a Honda 305 Super Hawk when I was a teenager.

Mine is an '87 HD FXST Softail bought it new back in 87.
Hers is a '96 HD FXDWG Dyna Wide Glide she bought it new back in 96.
We don't ride like we used to. Too many toys. I can't part with mine after all these years so we hang on to both.
Need to get a new photo.

Use to ride a Honda Goldwing. Me and three friends rode from Nc to Washington State and camped along the way back in 87. The memories are worth a million dollars and I shot 6 hours of video on the trip. In 88 my first wife Linda, me and my business partner Tommy Johnson took off on 3 weeks across country to California. ''T.J.'' got killed on that trip (long story) and biking was never the same after that. I sold the bike and never looked back but I still have lots of memories.
In my life I have owned and ridden
James motor cycle
Honda 300 Super Hawk
Harley Sportster
Harley chopper...(built by my and ''T.J.'') (back then you had to make the parts)
Two Honda Gold wings .....85 and an 88
I have ridden over half a million miles on motorcycles and it is the most fun you can have with your clothes on. (clothes off is a different story....lol...)
Too old now and my legs just are not reliable any more...
Remember our vets on Memorial day May 30
