Doing it right, .. For Sale Ads
I have been shopping for a MH for a while. I get frustrated with so many ads, and wonder how people really think they can sell their MH with one or two photos, let alone 5.
Just wanted to share this eBay add though as anyone wanting to get top dollar for their RV should look at how it is done right. The best photos I have seen for a used MH

It must've sold--the ad has been removed.
A friend of ours has been trying to sell his 2012 Arctic Fox 22G for quite awhile. He talked to someone who told him he had a similar trailer & sold it in 2 days by taking lots of photos & putting them on YouTube. Who would've thought?

I look through craigslist from time to time,,, never waste my time on ads with no pics,,, or even a couple bad ones... My time is important,,, to me anyway.... I'll pass those up in a heartbeat.

Although it didn't help me sell it, I created a FaceBook page for my 40DP when getting ready to sell. I included 84 photos with comments on each. I referenced the FB site on each ad I placed but included the maximum number of photos in each ad as well.

Agree. Lots of good pictures and detail are the way to go from my experience. Saves both the buyer and seller time and effort by getting those really interested quickly to the next stage in the process.

I figure if they only put a few photos, don't show me the bedroom (yes, I have seen them posted without bedroom and bathroom pics) don't show basement compartments, then they are trying to hide something. Not worth my time to go look. If the inside isn't shown at all, they aren't serious.

No doubt.
It's the very simple tasteful decorating also. Plants, towels...
